Easy Tester is a standardized, single-instrument test system best suited for conducting basic measurements for electrical equipment. These measurements include standards-mandated electrical safety tests (protective earth/ground continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand/Hipot) as well as various functional measurements (e.g., power, voltage, resistance) and controls.
This Easy Tester is standardized for testing luminaires. The device is easy and safe to use. A test starts only when the tester’s safety hood is closed and the safety circuit is engaged. When the hood is open, the PDU (Power Distribution Unit) disconnects high voltages
Measurements with the reliable Quanti electrical safety tester
Measurements are performed with the Quanti electrical safety tester integrated into the Easy Tester. The Quanti instrument is selected based on the test requirements of the device under test.
Easily configurable – test multiple product variants with the same device
Quanti can be preconfigured with up to 20 different test programs. One program can consist of up to 25 configurable measurements or functions. Therefore, a single tester can easily be used to test multiple product variants.
Easy saving of test results
Test results are saved in the measuring instrument, from which they can be saved to a USB memory stick. Data can also be transferred automatically – read more under Additional Features.
A barcode or QR-code reader can be connected to the Easy Tester as an accessory to read the product’s serial number and connect it with the test results.

Easy Tester accessories and options
- GB (Ground Bond) and HV (High Voltage) test guns or an automatic connection interface can be added to speed up connections.
- In addition, the tester can be connected to a PC running the Finero SafeTest software or the customer’s own test software. Measurement data are saved in the software by the serial numbers of the devices under test.
- It is also possible to add a barcode or QR-code reader and third-party measuring instruments to the Easy Tester.
With these additional features, the working time related to testing and the documentation of test results can be reduced even further.
